The Account Director (AD) is responsible for building trusted customer relationships and helping customers realize Platform Value resulting in long-term sustainable growth. The role adds value to Think Research by delivering a well-managed, profitable and growing SaaS based business produced through relationship excellence and sales excellence practices where the customer views the AD as a trusted advisor.
What will you be doing?
