The Sales Specialist/ Engineer is responsible for building trusted relationships with customers based on their solution expertise and helping customers realize platform value. The role adds value to Think Research by delivering a well-managed, profitable and growing SaaS based business produced through product value expertise and a relationship where the Business Development team views the Sales Specialist/ Engineer as a trusted expert.
